CAREERS

Work from home. Get paid to book calls.

Seabound Digital is a small company and you work directly with me. I coach you myself, especially on your first bookings. If you're good at this and Seabound grows, there's room to grow with it.

  • Book interested owners onto a 30 minute call with me.

WHO DOES WELL

Who does well here

  • Comfortable picking up the phone to a stranger.
  • Hears "no" and dials the next number without taking it personally.
  • Speaks clear, confident English a US owner understands first time.
  • Curious, asks good questions, doesn't read a script word for word.
  • Organised, keeps clean notes.
  • Shows up for their hours without being chased.
  • Wants feedback and uses it.
  • Wants to be paid on results, not on time spent.

THE PAY

What you earn

R250

per booked call where the owner shows up (up to 15 a month)

R2,000

for your first signed driller, coached by me

R4,000

for every signed driller after that, or R6,500 if you come in with phone sales experience

We agree your rate in the interview. Paid monthly. Close pay lands after the client's deposit does.

Example: 12 calls that show plus two signed drillers is R11,000. That assumes your first close is already done, because a new setter's first close pays R2,000.

12
2

R11,000

12 x R250 + 2 x R4,000

Example only, after your first close. Commission only, no basic salary.

This is commission only. There is no basic salary. A month with no calls that show pays nothing.

  • Hearing "no" on the phone ruins your day.
  • You don't like direct feedback.
  • Your internet can't hold a call.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Is there a basic salary?

No, it is commission only. You earn R250 for every booked call that actually happens (up to 15 a month), plus a commission when a client you booked signs and pays their deposit.

How much is the commission?

R4,000 per signed client, or R6,500 if you are experienced. Your first one is R2,000 while you are being coached.

When do I get paid?

Monthly. Close commission is paid once the client's deposit has landed.

What counts as a call that happens?

A call you booked where the owner actually turns up for the 30 minute call with Ben.

What hours do I work?

15 to 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, inside 15:00 to 23:00 SA time, because the owners are in the US.

Do I need sales experience?

No. You get the lead list, the script and a US phone line paid by Seabound, and new setters are coached.

What do I need?

A laptop, stable internet, fluent spoken English, and you must be 18 or older. You need a headset or a good mic before you start.

What happens after I apply?

An interview call, then a yes or no. If it is a yes, you sign a contractor agreement and do a paid trial week on normal pay. Either side can end it after that week. Then onboarding.
